DubShed opens its doors to the first members

DubShed is open to its first group of members. It is deliberately small: a handful of South African Volkswagen people who are willing to use something early and tell us the truth about it.

What works today

• **The Marketplace.** List parts, vehicles, literature and tools, with photographs and a proper condition. Buyers can message you directly.
• **My Shed.** Add your VWs with photographs and keep them private to you. Your drafts and photographs are never public until you list them.
• **Wanted.** Post the part number you are hunting. When a matching part is listed, DubShed tells you.
• **The parts database.** Canonical VW part numbers, supersessions and fitment. It is small today and grows with every part we verify.

What we are working on next

Restoration timelines, seller reputation, and a much larger parts catalogue. The order depends on what the first members ask for.

Use it like you would use it for real. When something is confusing, slow or plainly broken, tell us on the Contact page. A short message about one annoying thing is worth more to us than a long list of ideas.
